How it Works

  1. Schedule Your Free Evaluation

Click the link above to schedule your free evaluation. During the evaluation we will:

  • Assess your movement

  • Establish your goals

  • Establish a schedule for future sessions

  • Go over forms and waivers

2. JUST SHOW UP

It should be obvious, but for some it’s not. If you want results you have to show up! You have to put in the work to get better. My job is to get you there as safely and efficiently as possible. (More on that below) YOU MUST BE PREPARED TO DO THE SIMPLE THINGS, AND MASTER THE BASICS!

3. Always Evaluate Yourself

I am a firm believer in establishing and meeting goals; I'm also a believer in re-evaluating goals periodically. After the first few months we will reassess the goals that have been set. If we haven't done well, let's find out why. If we have, let's set some new goals and raise the bar to see what's possible!

What You Can Expect from Me

  1. Safety

Exercise comes with its risks. My job is to get you to your goals as safely as possible. For this reason I am a stickler for proper technique and form. I will properly demonstrate each exercise for you, and coach you throughout the exercise to ensure it is being done correctly and safely.

2. Education

I believe all people perform better when they understand the how’s and why’s of their actions. My goal is to help you look, move, and feel better. But know that I will also do my best to explain the REASON behind each exercise. I want you to understand how each exercise benefits you as the connection between your body and mind helps build lasting change. It is very important to know that connection and I hope to help you achieve it!

3. Adaptation

Your program will change regularly. Depending on your amount of sessions per week and the type of session (1-1 vs group) your workout may change daily-monthly. We will change exercises, rest periods and cardio to ensure that your body is always changing movement patterns and adjusting to different stresses. Classes are written to be “general strength and conditioning”, 1-1 sessions are written to meet specific goals.
